To be acted upon, a report must state the exact address of the page concerned, describe the content precisely, and set out the reasons why it should be removed.
The publisher carries out no general monitoring of published content. It promptly removes any manifestly unlawful content brought to its attention.
Consumer mediation
Under Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute with the publisher.
