No, not in most cases. You can create a date poll and a contribution list without an account: an admin link is given to you to manage your Votanza.
An account becomes useful for more advanced services (1:1 meetings, booking pages, events), to find the history of your Votanza, or to benefit from reminders, templates, and duplication on the Pro plan.
