Your first poll in 3 steps
Creating a date poll with Votanza takes less than two minutes. No account is required for the free version — a link is enough. Here is each step in detail, with the best reflexes to build in.
Go to the Create a Votanza page, select “Date poll”, and fill in three fields:
• Title: short and self-explanatory (e.g. “Product team sync”).
• Description (optional): clarify the agenda or context — especially useful if participants don’t all know each other.
• Slots: propose 3 to 7 options. Fewer than 3 doesn’t leave a real choice; more than 7 tires voters.
Tip: cover two or three consecutive days with two time options per day. That’s the format that converges the fastest.
