How Votanza works

Votanza bundles six complementary services around one shared logic: the organizer creates, shares a link, and participants respond — with or without an account depending on the case. Here is each service in detail.

Each Votanza is identified by a UUID (a unique, non-guessable identifier) and two distinct links:

• a public link you share with participants (to respond, book, vote, register);

• an admin link (containing a private token) that grants you access to the Votanza dashboard without authentication.

This two-link model lets you share the view freely without losing control: only the token holder can close, edit, or delete.

All services respect the participant’s timezone: the organizer proposes slots in their timezone, each participant sees them automatically in theirs.
