Data and privacy
Votanza collects the strict minimum needed to work. Here is, without jargon, what is collected, why, for how long, and what you can request at any time.
To create a Votanza: a title, an optional description, the proposed slots or options, and optionally your email (to receive the admin link and notifications).
To participate in a Votanza: your name (or alias) and your answers. Email is only requested if you want to edit your vote later or receive a confirmation.
For an account (Pro, Expert, Group): email, password (hashed), and optionally logo, colors, timezone, billing data.
Technically: anonymized IP address and user agent, only to detect abuse (spam, double voting).
